Based in Paso Robles, Nina Nazarov offers high level residential design for everyone. Whether you are looking to build a new home or finally have the kitchen of your dreams, she brings structure to the process and ease to the owners.

Nina believes good design should enhance our quality of life and great design pays special consideration to details, lighting, and aesthetics. With Nina, the emphasis is on successful collaboration - a reflection of good communication, a thorough understanding of client goals, context, and awareness of construction methods, details, and craftsmanship.

No project is too small or too large, from award winning custom homes to micro enhancements, Nina loves helping others with bringing their dreams to life.

As a former tiny home dweller, Nina has a passion for building minimalist and environmentally conscious foundations. She’d love to talk to you about tiny homes, granny units, and other non-conventional ideas you may have.

We apply Building Information Modeling (BIM) and recommend an Integrated Project Delivery (IDP) process to improve the project delivery method. The result is an efficient design, permitting and construction process.

Simply put, BIM allows us to virtually build your building before it ever gets built. This has 3 major advantages: the model is a powerful tool to store all the project design information, it streamlines design drawings with fluid interchangeability of 2d and 3d drawings, and has the ability to layer and organize all the building systems (structural, mechanical, lighting, etc).

IPD is project delivery method that forms the whole team early on in the design process including the owner, architect, contractor, designers, engineers and sub-contractors. Leveraging the whole team’s expertise base, the owner is empowered to attain what is important to them and the project can come to realization with an increased efficient and cost effective manner.

Nina received her Bachelors of Architecture from California State Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo in 2010 and her architecture license in 2015. She recently joined the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and serves on the Board of Directors for the California Central Coast chapter (2018 - present). She has a proven history of exceptional customer service with several repeat clients spanning between home owners, design professionals and contractors.
